Andy and Phil are the joint directors of BML and bring over 50 years worth of combined experience to the table. Their expertise has seen them lead and participate in guidance and best practice developments with ICAO, EASA, national regulators and voluntary organisations. They have developed BML into one of the key companies around the world delivering wildlife hazard management assurance oversight, bespoke risk management and accredited training through the development of high quality experienced personnel.
Andy provides over 30 years ornithological experience and currently heads our domestic compliance check program and provides airline risk management delivery across Europe.
Darren provides over 15 years' direct experience working in and around airport operations. Darren leads on competence management and delivering EASA Wildlife Hazard Management Compliance Checks whilst assisting with our safeguarding, training and monitoring program.
Jon now leads several of our 13km field ornithology programs delivering dedicated monitoring in the vicinity of airports, undertakes military standards checks, training programs and bespoke wildlife hazard management projects.
Lee brings a wealth of worldwide ornithological expertise and heads up our periodic standards check program covering RAF and other military bases around the world. Lee provides lead ornithology expertise on projects and monitoring at a variety of airports around the world.
Ruth generates and delivers our training program and co-ordinates compliance needs with active development of delivery methods, quality assurance and accreditation procedures.
Sara leads the team's safeguarding program ensuring consistency for developers and airports during the planning and safeguarding process. Sara also leads on strike identification services including delivery of feather remains, microscopic and DNA analysis.
Sarah provides 13km survey and monitoring experience alongside a wealth of GIS and data analysis experience.
